Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Joeul LLC (“we”) for your use of Wisepadi (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the agreement of your parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use of it and accepts these terms on your behalf. If you are 18 or older you must be able to enter a binding agreement. One person, one account.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at info@joeul.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. What the Service does

Wisepadi helps you search products and keep a private watchlist. We are an information tool. We do not sell goods, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a merchant.

4. Prices and product information

Product and price information may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and may not apply to your local shop, branch or eligibility, and it may come from third parties. Where we do not have information we say so. Always confirm the price, availability and conditions with the seller before you buy. We do not guarantee any saving.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• attempt to access another user’s data, or probe, disrupt or overload the Service;
• use bots, scraping or automated means without our written permission;
• upload malicious code or false or fraudulent information.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter (such as watchlist notes). You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the Service to you.

7. Our property

The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you only a personal, non-transferable right to use it.

8. Third parties

The Service may link to merchants or other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices or conduct.

9. Availability and changes

We try to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or end features, and we may update these terms. We will post the new version here and give at least 14 days’ notice (in the app or by email) of any material change before it applies to you. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on product or price information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under Nigerian law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. Courts in Nigeria will have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
